REASON FOR THIS NOTIFICATION
On this page we describe the site management methods with reference to the
handling of the personal information of users that browse it.
This information is also in accordance with article 13 of Italian Law Decree no.
196/2003 – dealing with the protection of personal information of those who
make use of A.&G. MARTINELLI SRL web services.
The information applies only to the A. & G. MARTINELLI SRL site and not to any other web sites that the user may browse by clicking on the links.

Data handling that is connected to this site’s web services takes place in the
above-mentioned offices and the information is used only by the technical staff
of the Office that has been selected to handle the treatment.
No information deriving from the web service will be communicated or
distributed.
Common personal information supplied by users that forward requests for
informative material (bulletins, CD-Roms, newsletters, annual reports, answers
to questions, etc…) is only used to carry out the required service or request
and it will only be communicated to third parties if necessary for this purpose.

Navigation Data
The IT systems and software processes required for this web site to operate
acquire certain personal information during operation, the transmission of
which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that has not been collected for the purpose of identifying
concerned parties but which, due to the nature thereof, could allow users to be
identified by means of processing and association with data stored by third
parties.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers
used by users that connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier)
addresses of the resources requested, the time at which the request was
made, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file
received as a response, the numerical code indicating the status of the
response provided by the server (delivered, error, etc.) and other parameters
relative to the operating system and the IT environment of the user.
These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information regarding
the use of the site and to check the correct operation thereof, and they are
deleted immediately after being processed. The data may be used to establish
responsibility in the event of hypothetical IT criminal activity against the site:
apart from this situation, the data on the web contacts will not be stored for
longer than seven days.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary forwarding of e-mails to the addresses
indicated on this site will result in the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s e-mail
address, which is necessary in order to respond to the request, as well as
of any other personal information contained in the message.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on
the pages of the site that are reserved for specially-requested services.
COOKIES
No personal information of users is intentionally acquired on the site.
Cookies are not used to transmit personal information, and no type of
permanent c.d. cookies or user tracking systems are used.
The use of session c.d. cookies (which are not stored permanently on the
user’s computer and which disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly
limited to the transmission of session identifiers (made up of casual numbers
generated by the server), which are necessary to browse the site safely and
efficiently.
The session c.d. cookies used on this site do not involve the use of other IT
techniques that could violate the privacy of the users navigating the site and
they do not allow personal identification information of the user to be acquired.

free to provide common personal information contained in the A.&G. MARTINELLI SRL request modules or during contacts with the Office to request that information or other communications be sent.
Failure to provide this information could make it impossible for the request to
be fulfilled.
It is necessary to bear in mind that, in certain cases (which do not pertain to
the ordinary administration of this site) the Authorities may request data and
information in accordance with article 157 of Italian Law Decree no. 196/2003,
for the purpose of checking the handling of common personal information. In
