Nota informativa ai sensi dell’art. 13 del Regolamento UE 2016/679 - art. 13 del DLgs 196/2003 (Codice di protezione dei dati personali)

in applicazione del Regolamento Europeo n. 679 del 2016 de del D.Lgs. n. 196 del 2003 relativi alla protezione dei dati personali Le si comunica che Il A&G Martinelli Srl, con sede a Segrate (MI), Via Calabria 11, PI 00889930152 (di seguito definito “il Titolare”).

I dati personali vengono trattati nel pieno rispetto del Regolamento UE 679/2016 e del D.Lgs 196/2003.
I dati forniti da Lei (di seguito definito “l’Interessato”) saranno utilizzati al solo fine di dar seguito alle sue richieste e potranno essere comunicati a terzi solo nel caso in cui ciò sia necessario a tal fine.
I dati raccolti dal sito all'interno della pagina “contatti”, previo esplicito consenso dell'interessato, saranno utilizzati esclusivamente per far fronte alle Sue richieste e non saranno utilizzati per altri fini, neanche successivamente alla Sua richiesta.
Il trattamento dei dati avverrà, da parte di personale incaricato dal Titolare con procedure, strumenti tecnici e informatici idonei a tutelare la riservatezza e la sicurezza dei dati dell'Interessato e consiste nella loro raccolta, registrazione, organizzazione, conservazione, consultazione, elaborazione, modificazione, selezione, estrazione, raffronto, utilizzo, interconnessione, blocco, comunicazione, diffusione, cancellazione, distruzione degli stessi comprese la combinazione di due o più delle attività suddette.
I dati saranno conservati per il tempo strettamente necessario a fornire all'Interessato i servizi richiesti e saranno in ogni caso eliminati a seguito di richiesta dell'Interessato, salvi ulteriori obblighi di conservazione previsti dalla legge. I dati dell'Interessato non saranno diffusi.
Nell'ambito della sua attività e per le finalità sopra indicate il Titolare potrà avvalersi di servizi resi da soggetti terzi che operano per conto del Titolare e secondo le sue istruzioni, quali responsabili del trattamento. Si tratta di fornitori, partner commerciali e produttivi, intermediari, consulenti tecnici e medici e altri soggetti analoghi che collaborano con la nostra organizzazione per assolvere gli impegni contrattuali con lei assunti; soggetti che forniscono un servizio strettamente e necessariamente collegato all’attività del Titolare quali consulenti fiscali, banche, spedizionieri, assicurazioni, enti pubblici e privati, anche relativamente a ispezioni o verifiche; soggetti che possono accedere ai dati in forza di disposizioni di legge.
I dati potranno essere altresì comunicati a tutti quei soggetti autorizzati per legge alla loro raccolta (es. aziende provinciale per i servizi sanitari, amministrazione finanziaria ecc.)
L’Interessato potrà richiedere un elenco completo e aggiornato dei soggetti nominati responsabili del trattamento rivolgendosi al contatto sotto indicato.
I dati potranno essere trasferiti all’interno della Unione Europea, ove il Titolare o i suoi fornitori e collaboratori abbiano sede o abbiano i propri server. I dati non saranno trasferiti fuori dalla Unione Europea.

Diritti dell'interessato
 •	Diritto di accesso (art. 15 GDPR). Diritto dell’Interessato ad ottenere l’accesso ai propri dati e di porre reclamo all'autorità di controllo;
•	Diritto di rettifica (art. 16 GDPR). Diritto dell’Interessato ad ottenere dal Titolare del trattamento la rettifica dei dati personali inesatti che lo riguardano;
•	Diritto alla cancellazione (diritto all’oblio) (art. 17 GDPR). L’Interessato ha diritto di ottenere dal Titolare del trattamento la cancellazione dei dati personali che lo riguardano senza ingiustificato ritardo;
•	 Diritto alla limitazione di trattamento (art. 18 GDPR). Diritto dell’Interessato di ottenere una limitazione del trattamento del dato;
•	Obbligo di notifica (art. 19 GDPR). Il Titolare del trattamento comunica a ciascuno dei destinatari cui sono stati trasmessi i dati personali le eventuali rettifiche o cancellazioni o limitazioni del trattamento effettuate a norma degli artt. 16; 17; 18;
•	Diritto alla portabilità dei dati (art. 20 GDPR). L’Interessato ha diritto di ricevere i dati personali che lo riguardano forniti al Titolare e ha il diritto di trasmettere tali dati ad altro titolare di trattamento senza impedimenti da parte del Titolare;
•	Diritto all’opposizione (art. 21 GDPR). Diritto dell’Interessato di opporsi al trattamento dei suoi dati personali;
•	Profilazione (art. 22 GDPR). L’Interessato ha il diritto di non essere sottoposto a una decisione basata unicamente sul trattamento automatizzato, compresa la profilazione o che incida significativamente sulla sua persona.

We wish to inform you that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) no. 679 of 2016 and Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003 on the protection of personal data, the Data controller is A&G Martinelli Srl, Via Calabria 11 - Segrate (MI), PI 00889930152 (hereinafter the "Controller").

Personal data is processed in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/2003.
We will use the data you (hereinafter the "Data subject") provide to us only to respond to your requests and your data may be disclosed to third parties only when necessary for that purpose.
The data collected from the "Contact Us" page on our website, after the data subject's explicit consent, will only be used to process your requests and will not be used for other purposes, even after your request has been handled.
Data will be processed, by personnel appointed by the Controller, using procedures, technical means and IT tools that are capable of protecting the confidentiality and security of the data subject's data. Processing includes the collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, alteration, selection, retrieval, alignment, use, interconnection, restriction, disclosure, dissemination, erasure, destruction of data; it may involve a combination of two or more of the above operations.
Data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to provide the services requested by the Data subject and will in any case be erased if requested by the Data subject, subject to any data retention obligations envisaged by law. The data subject's data will not be disseminated.
As part of its activities and for the purposes indicated above, the Controller may use third party service providers, operating on behalf of and as per the instructions of the Controller, as data processors. These are suppliers, commercial and production partners, intermediaries, technical consultants, physicians and other similar entities who cooperate with our organization to fulfil the contractual commitments with you;  entities who provide a service strictly and necessarily linked to the Controller's business such as tax consultants, banks, shipping companies, insurance companies, public and private entities, also for inspections or audits; entities that can access the data in accordance with the provisions of law.
Data may be also disclosed to all entities authorised by law to collect them (e.g. provincial health services authorities, tax authorities, etc.)
The Data subject may request a complete and up-to-date list of the entities appointed as data processors via the contact details provided below.
Data may be transferred within the European Union, where the Controller or its suppliers and collaborators have establishments or servers. Data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT:
•	Right of access (art. 15 GDPR). Right of access by the data subject to access his or her data and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
•	Right to rectification (art. 16 GDPR). Right of the data subject to obtain from the controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her;
•	Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) (art. 17 GDPR). The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay;
•	 Right to restriction of processing (art. 18 GDPR). Right of the data subject to obtain from the controller restriction of processing;
•	Notification obligation (art. 19 GDPR). The controller shall communicate any rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing carried out in accordance with articles 16, 17 and 18 to each recipient to whom the personal data have been disclosed;
•	Right to data portability (art. 20 GDPR). The data subject shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, and the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller;
•	Right to object (art. 21 GDPR). Right of the data subject to object to the processing of his or her personal data;
•	Profiling (art. 22 of the GDPR). The data subject shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which significantly affects him or her.
